About Peli

What is a Peli case?

Peli cases are waterproof hard cases manufactured by the Peli brand, world-renowned for protecting important equipment across a number of industries.

There are three main ranges: Protector, Storm & Air; each with their own unique qualities, range of sizes and configuration options.

What is the difference between Peli and Pelican?

Peli is simply the brand name of Pelican throughout Europe. Peli Products (UK) Ltd is the UK distributor of Peli™ branded products.

Do you sell the same products as Pelican?

While we can't guarantee all Pelican products will be stocked on our site, the cases sold on our site remain the same, albeit with slightly different branding.

Orders & Delivery

Do you offer promotional/discount codes?

Currently we do not have any discount codes, however, if you are buying for a business or organisation, you could be eligible for a business discount.

Customers can also subscribe to our email updates for early access to any promotions and offers.

Do the prices shown include my Business Discount?

Yes, once you're logged in, all prices are automatically adjusted to reflect your agreed trade discount. There’s no need to apply anything at checkout.

What payment types are accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (excluding American Express), as well as Purchase Orders for business customers with a credit account.

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer Next Working Day Delivery if the order is placed before 3:00pm.

When will I receive my order?

Providing the item is in stock, orders placed before 3:00pm from Monday - Thursday will be processed on the same day for next day delivery to a UK Mainland address.

Orders placed after this will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you haven't received an email, feel free to get in touch and we can track the order for you.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

On receipt of the incorrect item, head to our returns page and fill out a request for return. Our customer service team will endeavour to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.

Do you ship to Offshore UK and do you charge VAT?

Yes, we do ship to Offshore UK, but these orders must be placed over the phone. Orders shipped to the Channel Islands are exempt from VAT. Please be aware that shipping rates may vary depending on the product(s) purchased and delivery may take up to 3 working days.

Do you offer international shipping?

We only offer shipping to customers in the UK, Highlands and Islands.

Returns

How do I return a product?

The product must be in saleable condition and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. Take a look at the Delivery & Returns Policyfor information on how to request a return.

What does my Lifetime Guarantee cover?

The famous Peli Lifetime Guarantee covers any breakage or defects in workmanship that have not been incurred intentionally, or as a result of a user modification.

Can I order replacement parts?

Replacement parts such as latches, handles and wheels can be sent outon request, subject to availability.
