How Much is delivery?

For guest orders and general accounts, delivery is free on all UK orders.

Business accounts will be subject to a minimum delivery charge based on the size of the parcel as follows:

Large letter: £3.33 + VAT

Larger items: from £9.50 + VAT

When will you ship my order?

We offer next working day delivery for orders received before 3:00pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be shipped the next working day. Please not that delivery to more remote areas such as Highlands and Islands may take up to 72 hours.

Who will deliver my order?

We use three couriers to provide secure and reliable delivery.

  • FedEx - For the majority of business and residential customers, a next day FedEx delivery service will be used. Tracking details will be sent via email once your order is processed.
  • TNT - For large items or high volume orders. TNT supply a 7.5 tonne truck for daily collection and deliveries in many areas. If tracking information is required, our Customer Services team will be on hand to help!
  • PalletForce - For large palletised deliveries. Due to their size, these deliveries will take 2 working days. When ordering a palletised delivery, please advise of any special requirements, such as tail lift, etc.

Please note that a signature will be required on delivery.


Do you ship to Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands, or the Channel Islands?

We do, however, customers who require delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, or Northern Ireland must contact us to place the order over the phone in order to calculate shipping.

Purchased the wrong product or changed your mind? No problem. To get a refund or a replacement:

  • Don’t use the product, as it needs to be in a ‘good as new’ condition to qualify for a full refund.
  • Keep the product in all its original packaging.
  • Request a return using the form below.

You will be contacted by a member of our team to arrange collection/delivery, for which charges vary. We will be able to provide the price on request. If applicable, a full refund/replacement will be given upon return and inspection of the item.
