Do the prices shown include my Business Discount?

Yes, once you're logged in, all prices are automatically adjusted to reflect your agreed trade discount. There’s no need to apply anything at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Providing the item is in stock, orders placed before 3:00pm from Monday - Thursday will be processed on the same day for next day delivery to a UK Mainland address.

Orders placed after this will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

What delivery options are available?

We offer Next Working Day Delivery on orders placed before 3:00pm. This excludes Saturdays and Sundays.

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you haven't received an email, feel free to get in touch and we can track the order for you.

What payment types are accepted?

We accept most major credit/debit cards (excluding American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Purchase Orders for Business Account customers with a credit account.

How do I return a product?

The product must be in saleable condition and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. Take a look at the Delivery & Returns Policy for information on how to request a return.

What does the Lifetime Guarantee cover?

The famous Peli Lifetime Guarantee covers any breakage or defects in workmanship that have not been incurred intentionally, or as a result of a user modification.

Can I order replacement parts?

Replacement parts such as latches, handles and wheels can be sent out on request, subject to availability.

Can I use a discount code?

Customers can sign up to our newsetter to receive promotional discounts from time to time. Otherwise, if you are buying for a business or organisation, you could be eligible for Business Discount.
