These Business Discount Terms & Conditions apply to customers approved for a Peli Products (UK) Business Discount account. These terms apply in addition to Peli Products (UK)’s standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1. Eligibility
Business Discount accounts are available to genuine, UK-based VAT-registered business customers only.
All new applications must provide a valid UK VAT number and are be subject to verification. Peli Products (UK) reserves the right to approve or decline any application.
Customers who require delivery to Offshore UK may apply, but must place their orders over the phone in order to calculate shipping costs.
2. Account Approval
Business Discount status is not guaranteed and is granted at the discretion of Peli Products (UK). Applications from outside of the UK, as well as applications with missing or invalid VAT numbers (e.g. “N/A”) will not be approved.
Approval is based on the information provided at the time of application and may be reviewed periodically. Approved applications will be notified by email.
3. Use of Account
Business Discount accounts are intended for use by the approved business only. They must not be shared, transferred, or used on behalf of third parties without prior agreement.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date.
4. Ongoing Eligibility and Review
Peli Products (UK) may review Business Discount accounts from time to time to ensure they continue to meet eligibility criteria.
This may include checking business details, VAT status, and account activity.
5. Inactivity
Business Discount status may be removed if no orders are placed within a continuous period of 24 months.
Accounts that become inactive for this period may require reapplication to regain Business Discount status.
6. Misuse
Business Discount may be removed if it is found to be misused.
Examples of misuse include:
Use for personal purchases
Unauthorised resale
Sharing account access with non-approved users
7. Discount Structure
Discount levels may vary and can be updated from time to time.
Peli Products (UK) may amend or remove Business Discount status where account activity, purchasing behaviour, or business eligibility no longer meets the required criteria.
8. Communication
Peli Products (UK) may contact Business Discount account holders regarding their account, including eligibility checks, status updates, or changes to discount.
9. General
These terms apply alongside Peli Products (UK)’s standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. Where there is any conflict, these terms will apply in relation to Business Discount accounts.
