Guaranteed for life against defects in workmanship.
- Covers cases from the Protector, Storm, Air, Micro, Mobility and Hardback range.
- Custom foam inserts are covered for 12 months against breakage or defects.
- The guarantee becomes void if the case has been altered or physically changed by the customer.
- A successful claim will result in the case either being repaired or replaced.

Peli Limited* Lifetime Guarantee
Peli Products (UK) Ltd. (“Peli”) guarantees its injection moulded products for a lifetime* against breakage or defects in workmanship. Peli™ injection moulded cases are guaranteed to be watertight to a depth of 3.3 feet (1 meter) for 30 minutes if properly closed with undamaged o-ring in place unless otherwise stated. To the extent permitted by law, Peli’s liability is limited to the case and not its contents or foam. All claims under this guarantee, of any nature, are barred if the case has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.

Torches
Lifetime Guarantee
Guaranteed for life against defects in workmanship.
Does not cover batteries or lamp modules.
- Covers all torches from the Peli range.
- Provides lifetime guarantee against defects in workmanship.

- A successful claim will result in the torch either being repaired or replaced.

All claims under this guarantee, of any nature, are barred if the product has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.

Area Lighting
Extended Warranty
- Covers all lights from the Area Lighting range.
- Provides one year cover, from the date of purchase, against defects in workmanship.
- The warranty will be voided if the lighting system has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.
- A successful claim will result in the lighting system either being repaired or replaced.

(“Peli”) guarantees its Remote Area Lighting Systems (RALS) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, service, and maintenance for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. All claims under this guarantee, of any nature, are barred if the product has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.
Rack Cases
Extended Warranty
- Covers all both Super-V and Classic-V Rack Cases.
- Provides one year cover, from the date of purchase, against defects in workmanship.
- Does not cover any associated hardware including closure hardware, retractable handles, wheels, and fasteners, which are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
- The warranty is voided if the rack case has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.

Peli Products (UK) LTD (“Peli”) guarantees its rotationally moulded containers will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This guarantee does not cover any associated hardware including closure hardware, retractable handles, wheels, and fasteners, which Peli guarantees against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. To the extent permitted by law: Peli’s liability is limited to the case and not its contents. All claims under this guarantee, of any nature, are barred if the container has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.
Trekpak
Extended Warranty
- Covers all elements from the TrekPak range.
- Provides one year cover, from the date of purchase, against defects in workmanship.
- The warranty will be voided if the products are not used in a ‘normal’ way or handled properly (see Legal Speak for finer details).

TrekPak is produced under license by MSA Foams LTD.
Peli Products (UK) LTD (“Peli”) guarantees the TrekPak Organisational System for one year against breakage and defects in workmanship.
One-Year Performance Warranty: We provide a one-year guarantee that the TrekPak system will meet stated performance specifications under normal use and proper care.
One-Year Materials/Craftsmanship Warranty: We provide a one-year guarantee that the TrekPak system will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and proper handling (see definitions below).
Temperature: The TrekPak system is rated from -40 degrees C to 71 degrees C.
Durability: The TrekPak fabric can withstand moderate abrasion resistance from repeated removal and insertion of non-marring gear.
Pins: The TrekPak pins are rated for normal insertion and removal from the padded divider system only! Stretching, bending, twisting or any other modification of the pins causes deformation and weakening of the metal.
Any usage outside these parameters voids your warranty.
If you find any defects in material or craftsmanship, please contact us on 01457 869 999. If your product qualifies for warranty service repair/replacement, you will be liable to cover the return shipping.
The above warranty does not apply to products which are (i) repaired, modified or altered by any party other than Peli; or (ii) subjected to unusual physical conditions, thermal conditions, improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident or negligence in the use, storage, transportation or handling. If you would like to use accessories with TrekPak, please contact us directly on 01457 86 9999 for us to determine if your warranty will be void. On-site warranty repair is not covered under this warranty. Peli’s liability, and your sole remedy, for breach of this warranty is limited to Peli’s repair or replacement of the product in its sole discretion. the foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties. Except as expressly provided herein, Peli makes no warranties, either express or implied, either in fact or by operation of law, statutory or otherwise. Peli expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
