In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Peli Products (UK) Ltd.  Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions.  The information is intended for residents of the United Kingdom only.

We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended.  We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.

Registered Users

In order to access the services provided on this website, you must become a registered user.  You must complete registration by providing certain information as set out on our membership/registration page.

You agree to ensure that your registration details are true and accurate at all times and you undertake to update your registration details from time to time when they change.

We reserve the right to terminate your registration at any time if you breach these terms and conditions.

Our services are intended to be used by registered users within the United Kingdom only.

Our Website Services

Our services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years.  By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.

All prices are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT.  We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current.  If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.

We may revise our website terms and conditions from time to time.  Every time you order products from us the terms enforced at that time will apply to the contract between you and us.

Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate.  Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

Any packaging of the products may vary from that shown on the images on our site.

Product Orders

Our products are for sale to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years.  By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.

We supply and despatch our products to customers within the United Kingdom only.

We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.

When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details.  We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.

We undertake to accept or reject your order within one working day.  If we have not responded to you within one working day, your offer is deemed to be rejected.  We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase however the most likely reason for rejecting your offer will be that we do not currently have that product in stock.

Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website.  Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment.  Our terms of payment are set out on the order page.

All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we despatch the goods.

After placing an order you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.  Acceptance of your order will only be confirmed when we send you an email confirming that the product has been dispatched.

Order Cancellation Due To Error

Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction.  Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited.

If you are a consumer you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 within a period of 7 days from the date of the email confirming dispatch confirmation or date of delivery whichever is the later.  Please note that this right of cancellation does not apply in the case of made to measure of custom made products or products made to your specifications or clearly personalised or, in respect of perishable goods.  In order to cancel a contract you must provide us with a cancellation notification by email or by post within the timescale set out herein and return the undamaged goods to ourselves.

Site Access

When you visit our website, we give you a limited licence to access and use our information for personal use.

You are permitted to download a copy of the information on this website to your computer for your personal use only provided that you do not delete or change any copyright symbol, trade mark or other proprietary notice.  Your use of our content in any other way infringes our intellectual property rights.

Except as permitted under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, you are not permitted to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or display any of the information on this website without our prior written permission.

The licence to access and use the information on our website does not include the right to use any data mining robots or other extraction tools.  The licence also does not permit you to metatag or mirror our website without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to serve you with notice if we become aware of your metatag or mirroring of our website.

We may update our site from time to time and may change the content at any time.  Please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time and we are under no obligations to update it.  We do not guarantee that our site or any content on it will be free from errors or omissions on it.

To the full extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of an implied warranty or condition is limited to the supply of the goods and/or services again or payment of the costs of having those goods and/or services supplied again.

We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you arising from product/s we have supplied.

We accept no liability for any loss whether in contract, taut, (including negligence) breach of statutory duty or otherwise arising under or in connection with use of or inability to use our site or use or reliance of any content displayed on our site and we will not be liable for any loss of profits, sale, business or revenue, business interruption, loss of savings, loss of business opportunity, goodwill, reputation or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.  Further, we assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked to our website (if any) and such links should not be interpreted as an endorsement by us of those linked websites.   We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

In the event that our website allows you to upload content to our site or to make any contact with other users on our site, then any content you upload to our site will be considered none confidential and none proprietary and we have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such content for any purpose including a right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that the content posted or uploaded by you constitutes a violation of their Intellectual Property Rights or their right to privacy.  We will not be responsible or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you or any other user of our site.  We have the right to remove any posting you make on our site if we determine that this is not an acceptable use of our site.  Further, we will pursue you for all losses incurred in the event that any content that you upload or display on our site is in our opinion undesirable, defamatory, illegal or unacceptable and reserve the right to remove the same forthwith.

We cannot guarantee that our site will be secure of bugs or viruses and you should use your own virus protection software.  You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site or in any way attack our site and breaching this provision would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and we will report such a breach to the relevant Law Enforcement Authorities.


By accessing our website, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees arising from or in connection with your use of our website.

Force Majeure

If a Force Majeure event causing delay continues for more than thirty, we may terminate this Agreement by giving at least seven Notice to you.  “Force Majeure” means any act, circumstance or omission over which we could not reasonably have exercised control.


These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any claim made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these terms and conditions will be heard in England and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts.

If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity.  If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.


We undertake to take all due care with any information which you may provide to us when accessing our website. However we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you may provide to us.  Information you transmit to us is entirely at your own risk although we undertake to take reasonable steps to preserve such information in a secure manner.

Terms & Conditions – Vouchers

Peli Products (UK) Ltd reserves the right to cancel the voucher if, in our sole discretion, we deem such action necessary.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.

Peli Products (UK) Ltd will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.

Vouchers can only be redeemed at www.peliproducts.co.uk (subject to website terms and conditions).

Vouchers may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the voucher  on payment of the difference.

If you do not spend the entire balance of the voucher, you will receive another voucher for the remaining balance

All vouchers purchased will be issued by email with one working day of order.
