The Story Behind our Five Star Rating16th October 2017 // Ollie Barnard
As many of our regular customers will know, customer service is a big priority to us here at Peli UK. We were very proud earlier this year when Feefo, our independent customer review portal, awarded us with the Gold Trusted Service Award.
Our service is something we continually work hard to improve though, so we thought we’d take a look at our reviews of the last three months to assess how we’re getting on.
As you can see, 5 star reviews have continued to dominate our profile and during this three month period we received no negative (1 or 2 star) feedback! That meant no email notification interruptions to send our Digital Marketer’s heart racing, so he was pretty happy.
A great few months, but that doesn’t make for a very interesting blog article. So, we thought we’d trawl through our profile and analyse all 1 star reviews we’ve had since our account was created.
Over the last 2 years, we’ve received a total of twelve 1 star reviews (out of 631 in total). For the statisticians out there, this means 0.019% of our reviews are 1 star. Not bad, eh? Well, twelve too many if you ask us.
So what were those 12 customers unhappy about?
We really don’t enjoy receiving negative feedback and in every case we’ve done our absolute best to come to a suitable resolution that all parties are happy with.
The Lifetime Guarantee that comes with nearly every Peli product is an important part of our service. It really is as simple as “You break it, we replace it.”
