Our next day delivery services is still active and available through our network of chosen couriers. For weekend or pre-noon deliveries, contact sales@peliproducts.co.uk.

PHONE

We are protecting our office staff, and have requested that they all work from home where possible, meaning we have fewer team members at Peli HQ. If possible, email communication would be much appreciated. For general enquiries, contact info@peliproducts.co.uk.

STOCK

As ever, our warehouse is full with products from the Peli range. As it stands, there is around £2.2m-worth of stock available to our customers. For specific stock enquiries, please contact sales@peliproducts.co.uk.

PRODUCTION

In response to the global crisis, Pelican USA and Peli Europe endeavour to further increase production volumes. The only delay in the supply chain appears to be products with components manufactured in quarantined or restricted regions, such as head torches.

EMAIL

All members of staff who are able to work from home are doing so. As a result of this, email is the best method of communication to use with us at this time.

MEETINGS

Due to the national lockdown, visits to our HQ are prohibited until further notice and all meetings must take place through video conferencing or telephone calls.

Custom-Foam

CUSTOM FOAM

Our custom foam service is fully operational. Our dedicated design team are working on a rotational basis between home and office, to help reduce the number of staff on site. There are currently no impacts on standard lead times.

DECALS

To reduce staff attendance at our HQ, we will be printing and fulfilling decal orders in batches, meaning lead times for this service will be extended.
