We have a skeleton staff working at Peli House, which means we will not be able to to maintain our usual response time on the office phone line. If possible, email communication would be much appreciated. For general enquiries, contact info@peliproducts.co.uk.

STOCK

As ever, our warehouse is full with products from the Peli range. As it stands, there is around £2.2m-worth of stock available to our customers. For specific stock enquiries, please contact sales@peliproducts.co.uk.

PRODUCTION

In response to the global crisis, Pelican USA and Peli Europe endeavour to further increase production volumes. The only delay in the supply chain appears to be products with components manufactured in quarantined or restricted regions, such as head torches.

EMAIL

All members of staff who are able to work from home are doing so. As a result of this, email is the best method of communication to use with us at this time.

MEETINGS

Customers looking to visit our offices can do so by prior arrangement only. We will also be visiting customers for essential tasks, such as measuring equipment. Our team will be following a strict risk assessment and will wear PPE as required.

CUSTOM FOAM

Our custom foam service is fully operational. As it is a service made possible by teams of highly skilled manufacturing staff, the service lead times are vulnerable to high levels of staff absence that could be brought on by this pandemic.

DECALS

To reduce staff attendance at our HQ, we will be printing and fulfilling decal orders in batches, meaning lead times for this service will be extended.

This service will be limited to monthly production runs due to staff shortage at our nameplate supplier.
