  • Are Peli Cases Waterproof?

    Every Peli case offers protection from water to some extent. Most Peli cases are IP67 rated, meaning they have been tested, and thanks to their o-ring seal they remained fully watertight under 1 metre of water, for at least 30 minutes.

  • What is a Peli case?

    Peli cases are waterproof hard cases manufactured by Peli, world-renowned for protecting important equipment in numerous industries. There are three main ranges: Protector, Storm & Air. Each have their own unique qualities and come in a range of sizes, with a range of configuration options.

  • Do you sell the same products as Pelican?

    Peli UK are the UK stockist of Peli Europe and Pelican USA, we can't guarantee all Pelican products will be stocked on our site, but the cases sold are the same.

  • Difference between Peli and Pelican?

    Peli UK are the UK stockist of Peli Europe and Pelican USA, we can't guarantee all Pelican products will be stocked on our site, but the cases sold are the same.

  • What does my Lifetime Guarantee cover?

    The Peli Lifetime Guarantee is famously generous. Generally speaking, it will cover almost any damage, so long as it wasn't incurred intentionally, or as a result of a user modification.   • How can I return?

    Follow these 3 simple steps: 1- Don't use the product, as it needs to be good as new to qualify for a full return. 2- Keep the product in original packaging. 3- Fill out the claim at the bottom of this page and submit a request for a return.

  • Can I order replacement parts?

    If parts need replacing due to damage or simple wear and tear, feel free to contact us and we'd be happy to help with getting you replacements sent out.

  • What are my insert options?

    You have a range of choices, including padded dividers, TrekPak, pick n pluck foam and others.

  • Do you have a size guide for the cases?

    We recently created a guide on how to see the sizes of our cases, and best way to determine which size would suit best.

  • Do you offer trade discount?

    Yes, we do offer trade discounts, simply check 'apply for trade account' during the account sign up, or get in touch if you already have an account.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    No, we ship within the UK, highlands and islands. Peli Europe offer shipping outside of the UK.

  • What is TrekPak?

    TrekPak is a simple, innovative and customisable divider system for Peli cases, allowing flexible adjustment of dividers as your gear needs change, giving you full control over how you store your equipment.

  • What is Pick n Pluck Foam?

    The Pick 'n' Pluck layers are pre-scored, so you can easily pluck out sections as required, creating a foam insert tailored to your gear.

  • What are padded dividers?

    Padded divider sets are great for protecting gear setups inside your Peli case that frequently change. They provide great protection and can be easily reconfigured when needed.

  • Where is my order?

    You can track the progress of your order on the email you will receive with your tracking information. If you haven't received an email feel free to get in touch and we can track the order for you.

  • Delivery options?

    We offer free UK next day delivery if the order is placed before 3pm, as well as choice of delivery on a specific day of your choice if available.

  • Wrong item received?

    Get in touch with our customer service team and we will reply ASAP to get the issue resolved.

  • Will an item be back in stock?

    Our customer service team can usually help with finding out how long a case is likely to be out of stock.

  • Payment Types

    We offer PayPal checkout, as well as Visa and Mastercard.

  • Promo/discounts

    We don't currently offer any military or other discounts, but if you are in a trade position feel free to enquire about our trade discount scheme.

  • Can I track my order?
